You can delete your Chrona account and its data at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what is kept.
1. Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Chrona and go to Settings → Account & privacy.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away, and you are signed out on every device.
2. Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@chronaworld.com from the email address or with the phone number you used to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Chrona account". We may ask you to confirm the request, and we complete it within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
- Your profile, including your name, phone number, email address, date of birth and profile photo;
- Your sign-in account;
- The contacts you uploaded, your friends list and friend requests;
- Your connected calendars: we revoke Chrona's access to them and delete the calendar events we copied;
- Your conversations with Chrona's AI assistant and its suggestions;
- Your notifications, settings and the push tokens for your devices.
4. What is kept, and for how long
- Plans, circles and wishlists you shared with other people stay visible to them, so their schedules keep working, but they show "Deleted Account" instead of your name;
- Deleted data can remain in our encrypted database backups for up to 7 days before those backups expire;
- We keep data longer only where the law requires it, for example to resolve a dispute.
